Credit card machine integration

QUEUE is compatible with mPOS credit card machine provided by CTBC. Before starting, please make sure the mPOS APP is installed in iPad and mPOS status is activated by CTBC. Please check with CTBC customer support if you are not sure with the application status.

1. Set up mPOS

Login to QUEUE App. Go to Settings > Devices > toggle on CTBC mPOS > enter username and password to finish set up.

warning

Only 1 device is able to integrate with mPOS credit card machine.

2. Confirm setting

Please confirm the settings in payment page. Select Credit Card payment type > switch to mPOS APP > place card on the machine > confirm payment on mPOS APP > switch back to QUEUE and issue e-invoice.
