Highlights

This release focuses on strengthening management oversight and improving front-of-house organization. With new mandatory reasons for order deletions, comprehensive audit reports for deleted, and a dedicated view for processed QR orders, keeping your store operations transparent and orderly has never been easier.

Order deletion reasons

When deleting an executed order, staff can now select a specific reason for the deletion. This ensures that managers can easily review the context behind deletion and reduce unauthorized cancellations.

Deleted order reports

Paired with our new order deletion reasons, reports now specifically capture and display deleted order records. For every deleted transaction, managers can instantly review the order date, the employee who performed the deletion, the specified reason, and the total deleted order amount.

“Resolved” tab on QR order page

Keep your incoming order queue clean and organized without losing track of past tickets. We’ve added a dedicated “Resolved” tab to the QR order page. This tab displays a clear list of all incoming QR orders that have already been received and processed, allowing your staff to reference handled tickets at a glance.


Other Improvements & Fixes

  • Order search: Added support for Online order QR Code Search, allowing you to scan and search online orders directly.
  • Kitchen Workflow: The worklist and checklist can now print the number of customers, giving the kitchen team better visibility into portion sizes and table requirements.
  • Staff Management: Added the ability to edit timesheets for offline clock-out records, allowing managers to easily correct attendance logs when devices experience connectivity issues.
  • Offline Stability: Resolved an offline order numbering issue when adding the first item to the cart.
  • App Stability: Resolved an issue where the app would crash during closing procedures when the Print Server was enabled.
