Worklist interface improvements

A number of changes has made the Work order view easier to manage.

• Enable the option ‘Hide completed work items from work order’ to reduce clutter when dealing with work orders with many work items.
• A new color indicator shows the work item status, so it’s easier to see if a work item has been completed.

Payment type report time dimension

It’s now possible to view a list of payment types using a time dimension.

Other improvements and fixes

• Allow entering line item quantity up to four digits.
• Fix a scrolling issue in large grid lists.
• Allow setting dynamic QR ordering default on order section group level.
• Voiding an order with electronic invoice enabled now require a working internet connection.
