Worklist interface improvements

Work orders can be configured to automagically hide completed work items, but sometimes it be able helpful to know what items has been completed.

Now you can long press on a Work order to toggle Hide completed work items.

Reprint tickets for paid orders

It’s now possible to reprint worklist and checklist for paid orders from recent orders.

Show invoice numbers left for a tax period
