External order adjustment features
For supported platforms (currently Uber Eats) it’s now possible to perform the following actions:
Before accepting an order
- Mark items as sold out: Items can be marked as sold out and the customer will be allowed to decide what actions to take before either approving the changes or cancelling the order.
 
After accepting an order
- Update expected ready at time: If the original preparation time cannot be met due to busy operations or other factors, you can use this function to extend the preparation time.

Kitchen Display System
The Kitchen Display System (formerly called Worklist Interface) has handful of new and helpful features.
- Include Default KDS: Disable if you don’t want to show a list of work items associated with the Default Worklist.
- Create new work order when executing order: Every time an order is executed a new Work order will be created containing only the newly created Work items.
 
Other improvements and fixes
- Custom payment types can now be a Cash type.
- Added the Reprint symbol (R) to printed ticket headers even if Incremental order numbers is not turned on.
- Electronic invoices will now set the Buyer name to either Organisation or Customer name if available.
- Support for searching orders by “Order Amount”
- The inventory stock count now supports selecting “Inventory Category” for partial counts.
- Fixed an issue where the logo was missing when printing number tickets.
- Fixed an issue with the quantity aggregation for product option sub-options.
