Manage Your Printer Fleet

  • View a list of connected printers: See all printers currently set up with your store.
  • Add or remove printers as needed: Customize your setup to match your specific needs.

Supported Printer Types

Adding a New Printer

  1. Select the printer type: Choose the model that matches your printer.
  2. Search for available printers: Click the search icon to scan for nearby printers.
  3. Select the discovered printer: If found, it'll appear as a button below the port field.
  4. Choose paper width: Select either 58mm or 80mm to match your paper rolls.
  5. Run a self-test: Print a test page to confirm everything is working smoothly.

Troubleshooting and Tips

  • Decrease width if needed: If you're experiencing cutoffs on your printed receipts, enable the "Decrease width" option to adjust the print margins.
  • Consult printer documentation: Refer to your printer's manual for specific troubleshooting steps or advanced settings.
