Connectivity

A stable network interface is important when using multiple devices or printing to network enabled printers. QUEUE can you stay connected and quickly let you know if you're experiencing any network related issues.

For larger devices the network indicator is available on the left handside. For mobile devices it's shown in the drawer menu next to the store name.

The network indicator will change color based on the connectity status as described below. Tab on the network indicator to see more details about your current network status.

Indicator color

  1. Green: the device is connected to the internet and able to connect to the QUEUE Cloud servers
  2. Orange: the device has limited internet connectivity or is connected to an invalid WIFI network
  3. Red: the device is offline and not able to connect to the internet

  • Connection status shows green if the device is successfully connected to the internet
  • WIFI shows the wifi network the device is currently connected to
  • IP Address is the currently assigned IP address for this device

If any print jobs did not complete successfully an red indicator will be shown next to the network indicator. Tab the network indicator to get a list of failed print jobs that require your attention.

Each failed print job is listed with an option to retry the print job or to simply deleted it.
